Q: Do you not repair Auto Transmissions anymore?

ANS: No but feel free to ring or call in as having worked and taught the subject for many years, we are perfectly placed to offer an unbiased opinion on a remedy for the problem and point you in the right direction to get the best person to repair it.  When it is put right, we know you will use Paragon when the MOT is due.

Q: How about repairs that are needed for an MOT pass?

ANS: Whilst we do not employ a mechanic full time, we have all the ramps and equipment to carry out any repairs, so for routine jobs like gaiters, brakes, bearings etc, we can call in the right person for right job, at the right price to you.

Q: How come you have moved to the busiest main road in the city and have not so much has put a sign outside on the road?

ANS: Sorry about that, it is an area where we admit we have fallen down on, but, like our homepage states, we retain our customers!!  We do, and thankfully have not needed to put up a sign up saying we are here.  However, we are not complacent about it and it is in hand, and will probably be in place by the time this site goes live.
